1. Order Cancellation Policy
Organic Food Items: Orders for organic food items cannot be canceled once processed due to their perishable nature. We advise you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Luxury Items: You may cancel an order for luxury items within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations will no longer be accepted, as these items are prepared and packed to ensure top quality for delivery.
2. Return Policy
Organic Food Items: Due to the perishable nature of organic food items, returns are not accepted once delivered. If there is an issue with the item upon receipt, such as spoilage or incorrect delivery, please contact our customer service within 6 hours of delivery.
Luxury Items: We accept returns for luxury items under specific conditions:
Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect luxury items upon delivery in the presence of the courier. We recommend recording a video while unboxing to verify the condition of the product.
Same-Day Return: If there is any visible damage or a discrepancy in your order, you may return the item on the same day. Returns must be arranged immediately, and the item should be handed back to the courier.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the luxury item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

- Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
