Refund and Returns Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at sales@thekashmirhands.com and send your item to: lalbazar ,srinagar.
To ensure you get what you want, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Gifts.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Damages and Issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@thekashmirhands.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Shipping Returns.
To return your product, mail it to: Lalbazar.Srinagar.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time for exchanged items to reach you may vary.
For expensive returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
